  • The booth is set up before guests arrive and becomes part of the space.

    There is no formal start or announcement. People step in naturally, often in groups, and return throughout the event as the energy builds.

    We guide when needed and step back when not, allowing the experience to unfold on its own.

  • Yes. There will usually be two Focal Fiesta hosts present throughout the hire.

    They manage the setup, support guests as they use the booth and keep everything running smoothly at the event. They’re there to guide, encourage and make the experience feel easy and enjoyable as it unfolds.

  • Most celebrations work beautifully with 3 hours - enough time for the booth to become part of the day without taking over. Some events need just 2 hours for a focused window, while others benefit from the full 4 hours we offer. It really depends on your event and how you'd like the booth to fit into the day.

  • Yes, and usually more than expected.

    Because the booth is open air and easy to step into, people feel comfortable using it together. Groups form naturally, laughter builds, and guests often come back more than once.

  • Focal Fiesta works well across weddings, celebrations, community events, corporate gatherings, and more sensitive occasions. The experience adapts to the atmosphere of the room rather than taking it over.

  • Are you insured and PAT tested?

    Yes. Focal Fiesta is fully insured with public liability cover and all electrical equipment is PAT tested.

    If your venue requires a copy of the insurance certificate or PAT test documentation, we are happy to provide this on request.

  • We allow up to two hours for setup to ensure everything is ready and unhurried.

    In many cases setup is completed sooner, but we always allow plenty of time so the experience is ready before guests arrive.

  • Yes. Early access is required so the booth can be set up calmly and discreetly before guests arrive.

    This helps the experience feel seamless and uninterrupted.

  • Our backdrop is 8ft x 8ft, and we need around 5ft of clear space in front of it for the camera and guests.

    If space is limited at your venue, the setup is adaptable and we can work with existing décor creatively.

    If you're unsure about your space or layout, share venue details with us in advance and we'll advise on the best positioning.

  • Yes. A standard power socket is required.

    If power access is limited at your venue, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes. Focal Fiesta includes props at every event.

  • You will receive high quality images taken on a professional DSLR camera, capturing moments as they naturally unfold.

  • Guests receive their images digitally on the day - either via QR code or email or as printed photo (Print and Full Fiesta packages).

    The host of the event will l receive a private digital gallery with all images from the event within 72 hours.

    For Full Fiesta bookings, the keepsake album is delivered on the night of the event.

    All of the above is providing everything runs smoothly and there are no technical issues.

  • Book as soon as possible!

    We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance where possible, especially for popular dates like weekends and peak seasons. This gives us time to prepare everything specifically for your event.

  • Booking starts with an enquiry.

    We will talk through your event, answer any questions, and help you choose a package that feels right. There is no pressure or obligation at that stage.
